Main responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System documentation.
- Follow up on records, formats, and evidence of the processes.
- Support the review of compliance with established procedures and instructions.
- Participate in the collection and organization of information for internal and external audits.
- Follow up on findings, corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
- Support the monitoring of quality indicators and objectives.
- Participate in the preparation and updating of reports related to the QMS.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the processes and channel them to the corresponding responsible parties.
- Support the dissemination and monitoring of QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Keep the documentary evidence required for process compliance organized and available.
- Provide support in training and awareness activities related to quality.
- Comply with the requirements established by the Quality Management System and other applicable internal guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience
- Languages: English
- Age: between 25 and 45 years
