Project Manager - Huechuraba / Transporte Público

Be our new Project Manager to join the commercial development management.

Your challenge at RBU is to analyze, design, and evaluate new business opportunities in the field of public and/or private passenger transport, aligned with the company's strategy, policies, and procedures, developing financial models that support the evaluation, selection, and viability of projects, while also contributing to the generation and implementation of initiatives that drive organizational growth and development.

Your main functions will be:

• Perform technical, economic, and financial evaluations of projects, identifying value opportunities, profitability improvements, and technical, financial, and commercial risks, proposing mitigation plans.
• Identify risks of assigned projects.
• Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
• Actively participate in the development of new commercial opportunities, supporting the structuring of value propositions for public and private clients.
• Collaborate with the commercial area in bidding processes, including the preparation of technical and economic offers, and support commercial presentations, client meetings, Q&A rounds, and technical negotiations.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, technical counterparts, and strategic partners throughout the project cycle, representing the company in strategic meetings, field visits, and external presentations.
• Prepare progress reports, executive presentations, and management reports for the Commercial Management and clients, ensuring the quality of information.

What requirements must you meet?

Industrial Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer, or related. Advanced Microsoft Office Advanced English Experience in project management and evaluation.
