Freight Forwarding and Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) (Speditionskaufmann/-frau)

We are looking for a Shipping Specialist (m/f/d) for a mechanical and plant engineering company in Krefeld:

• Creation of the packing lists and invoices required for the order via SAP 4/Hana
• Preparation of Intrastat reports
• Archiving of material images
• Creation of electronic export declarations (Atlas-Ausfuhr) via SAP GTS
• Provision of spare part orders for packaging
• Monitoring and checking incoming transport and execution confirmation documents
• Legalization of shipping documents at the IHK, embassies / consulates
• Monitoring the receipt of export proofs
• Design, optimization, and documentation of existing shipping, customs, and export processes
• Support of export control within the company
• Preference documents and calculations within the company
• Activating ordering processes

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training including several years of professional experience in international mechanical and plant engineering in a comparable position
• Experience in export control and the associated processes
• Organizational, team, and communication skills
• Problem-solving competence and sense of responsibility
• Commitment, openness, user knowledge in MS-Office and SAP 4 / Hana + SAP GTS desirable
• English skills
