The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, effective team management, and excellent client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to operations. Key Responsibilities: Deploying manpower, managing daily attendance, and creating rosters. Conducting regular on-site inspections to ensure work meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Attending meetings, handling customer complaints, and securing contract renewals. Managing inventories, ordering chemical supplies, and sourcing cleaning machinery.
