Business Development Executive

Rayfitout is seeking a polished, proactive Business Development Executive in Kampala to act as our primary client liaison and brand ambassador. You will manage incoming inquiries, pitch our luxury design-and-build services to prospective clients, and drive new project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and qualify incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Present Rayfitout’s portfolio and capabilities to property owners, developers, and investors. Schedule consultations, site visits, and meetings between clients and our design team. Track and manage leads and client communications in our CRM system.

Requirements

Strong background in sales, client relations, or business development. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a professional demeanor. Experience in interior design, fit-out, real estate, or construction is a strong advantage. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
