What does success look like in this role? Design, build, test, and maintain reliable, production-quality applications and services.

Contribute hands-on to development using NestJS and/or Spring.

Work effectively within event-driven architectures and integrate with platforms such as Kafka.

Use AI-assisted development tools as part of your day-to-day engineering workflow.

Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to engineering standards and practices.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, product partners, and other stakeholders to turn requirements into working software.

Identify technical issues and trade-offs early and contribute practical solutions.

Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Hands-on software development experience with at least one of the following:

NestJS

Spring / Spring Boot

Practical experience using at least one of the following AI coding tools:

GitHub Copilot

Claude Code

Strong software engineering fundamentals, including application design, testing, debugging, version control, and maintainable coding practices.

Experience working collaboratively within a software engineering or product delivery team.

Ability to understand existing systems and codebases and become productive within them.
