HR Business Partner with a focus on Labor Law (m/f/d)

RAUMEDIC develops solutions for life with around 1,200 employees. To improve the diagnosis and therapy of diseases, we focus on plastic-based solutions for medical and pharmaceutical applications as well as products for intensive care.

For our location in Helmbrechts, between Hof and Bayreuth, we are looking for an HR Business Partner with a focus on Labor Law (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

Your Tasks

Consulting & Sparring: Sparring partner for managers during organizational changes, personnel development, and succession planning in close cooperation with Talent & Organizational Development

HR Processes & Planning: Management of all HR processes, support in personnel planning, and accompaniment of change processes within the department

Labor Law & Compliance: Internal labor law consulting for HR and managers, implementation of labor law decisions, handling of legal cases (e.g., warnings, terminations) in cooperation with the legal department and as an interface to external lawyers

Compensation & Remuneration: Development and coordination of compensation structures, consulting on compensation systems and the Entgelttransparenzgesetz

HR Projects & Transformation: Participation in or management of HR projects, driver of transformation and change topics within the department

Documents & Training: Review of HR documents (contracts, templates, guidelines) as well as development and implementation of labor law training

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are both a strategic sparring partner for our managers and our point of contact for labor law issues.

Your Profile

Completed degree in Law, Business Law, or a comparable legal qualification with a focus on Labor Law

Experience in labor law consulting for HR departments and managers

Several years of professional experience in human resources as an HR Business Partner

Very good knowledge of labor law

English skills at B2 level, both written and spoken
