For our location in Helmbrechts, between Hof and Bayreuth, we are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

Transition

RAUMEDIC develops solutions for life with around 1,200 employees. To improve the diagnosis and therapy of diseases, we focus on plastic-based solutions for medical and pharmaceutical applications as well as products for intensive care.

Your Tasks

Functional and disciplinary leadership, further development, as well as strategic and operational responsibility for the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding area

Responsibility for the development and implementation of a future-oriented recruiting and employer branding strategy

Control and continuous optimization of the entire recruiting process as well as the channels and selection processes used

Building sustainable talent pipelines and ensuring professional candidate management

Further development of the employer brand through targeted personnel marketing measures, events, and cooperations

Analysis of relevant key figures, observation of market trends, and implementation of innovative recruiting solutions for the continuous improvement of talent acquisition and employer attractiveness

Management of recruiting and employer branding projects

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies in the field of personnel management, business administration, business psychology, or a comparable training, e.g., as an Industriekaufmann (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience

Several years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and employer branding, as well as several years of leadership experience

Sound knowledge of modern recruiting methods, active sourcing, and personnel marketing instruments

Experience in the development and successful implementation of employer branding strategies and measures

Strong communication and leadership skills, high persuasiveness, and a strong service orientation

Analytical and strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality, as well as confident handling of recruiting systems, social media channels, and HR key figures

English skills at least B2
