Sales Executives

Rattan Pacific is looking for Sales Executives to join our showroom team in Singapore.

If you’re friendly, confident talking to customers and enjoy helping people find the right furniture and mattress for their home, this could be for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
• Promote and sell furniture, mattresses and home furnishings.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Prepare sales orders, quotations and process payments.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays.
• Coordinate with the logistics team on delivery arrangements.
• Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, customer-oriented and willing to learn.
• Sales experience in furniture retail or home furnishings is an advantage.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays, according to the work schedule.
• Basic computer skills for sales orders and administrative tasks.
