Did you know that within RATP, the DSI has an organization dedicated to Digital Workplace Services (DWS) that operates on more than 40,000 terminals for more than 60,000 people? That it handles projects, innovation, and digital as well as operational activities? That it involves workstations, mobile telephony, collaborative tools, selfcare, software, cloud, critical services, Low Code application development, etc.? Its maintenance and administration teams operationally manage numerous services for employees, with a high level of requirement. Within this same structure, there is an entity dedicated to the Engineering of all solutions supported by the Digital Workplace. The entity is responsible for proposing new solutions and is responsible for their implementation. It will then ensure their evolution throughout their life cycles. It works in partnership with the Run, support, deployment, and project management entities to guarantee reliable and high-performance solutions. This entity is divided into 3 distinct services:

  • Ingénierie et Stratégie Produits (ISP) in charge of the modern workplace
  • Architecture, Collaboratif & Services (ACS) in charge of collaborative tools
  • Ingénierie de Sécurisation des Services et Systèmes (I3S) in charge of the security of the entire Digital Workplace 01.

Position and Missions Today we present you with an opportunity to join the entity specialized in the engineering of Digital Workplace solutions, within the ISP "Ingénierie et Stratégie Produits" team, to hold the position of Product Manager Workspace. As Product Manager Workspace, you are responsible for the strategy, design, and management of technical solutions related to user environments: terminals, OS, software, associated infrastructures. You will work on structuring projects related to digital transformation, workstation modernization, and the continuous improvement of the employee experience. Your main activities are as follows: Drive the product strategy: Define and carry the product vision for your scope; Build, prioritize, and manage the roadmap in connection with the Tech Leads; Propose technological and functional evolutions that create value for users in coherence with the DWS and DSI strategy; Manage the workload associated with your scope and contribute to the global planning of the ISP team and the APS entity. Guarantee the product life cycle: Guarantee a smooth transition between the Build and the Run of products; Drive the industrialization of solutions (process, automation, standardization); Ensure complete documentation (architecture, operation, support/KB); Guarantee the maintainability, performance, security, and compliance of the services delivered while respecting the DWS certification process. Animate and coordinate stakeholders: Operationally animate the Tech Leads of your scope; Coordinate the contributions of internal and external stakeholders in a Build2Run logic; Monitor progress, secure milestones, identify risks, and manage action plans; Support technical arbitration and facilitate decision-making; Guarantee the quality of deliverables, compliance with commitments, and the smooth flow of information. Contribute to quality, compliance, and security: Participate in continuous improvement processes regarding quality and security such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001; Capitalize on best practices, structure documentation, and contribute to the knowledge management of the DWS unit 02.

Profile sought Master's degree (Engineering School or University) in the digital field. Experience: 10 years in a similar position. A good level of English is essential to successfully carry out your missions. Expected skills: Proven experience as a product manager, managing an IT product portfolio; Good knowledge of workstation environments and terminal management solutions and Microsoft environments: Windows, Microsoft Intune, MECM, Co-management, GPO/CSP, PowerShell; Ability to structure a roadmap, prioritize topics, track workloads, and secure commitments; Sensitivity to cybersecurity issues, quality of service, documentation, and continuous improvement.
