Specialist Consultant

We are seeking engaged and creative specialist employees for Nasjonal kompetansetjeneste for spiseforstyrrelser (NKTspis). We are looking for three specialist consultants in a 50% position; a higher percentage of employment may be considered based on a total assessment. Helse og omsorgsdepartementet has decided that Regional seksjon spiseforstyrrelser (RASP), Oslo universitetssykehus shall build up and develop NKTspis over a period of 10 years. RASP is Norway's leading specialized department within eating disorders, with inpatient wards and outpatient treatment of eating disorders, and its own competence unit with a research team. NKTspis's main task is to strengthen the dissemination of competence and competence building within the specialist health service regarding diagnosis and treatment, with the aim of an equitable service nationally. The position is advertised as profession-neutral, but NKTspis strives for an interdisciplinary composition that covers both the child and adolescent field as well as the adult field. NKTspis is led by a professional leader Øyvind Rø and is part of the competence unit at RASP under the leadership of Heidi Langbakk Skille. The workplace will be at the competence unit at RASP. Arbeidsoppgaver Arbeidsoppgaver: The main task is to contribute to the development of NKTspis in accordance with the mandate of NKTspis. Contribute to the planning of NKTspis in a buildup phase. Contribute to the planning and implementation of courses, educational programs, and resources for practitioners within eating disorders. Contribute by holding courses/seminars/webinars about eating disorders. Develop material both in writing and digitally about eating disorders. Contribute to the establishment and further development of the NKTspis website. Contribute to creating networks and increasing interaction within the treatment of eating disorders. Contribute to administrative tasks for NKTspis. Kvalifikasjoner Kvalifikasjoner: Relevant education within mental health, preferably at master's level or equivalent. Interest in and/or experience from the treatment of eating disorders. Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English. Experience from teaching and research. Experience with collaborative projects involving multiple actors. We request that relevant documentation be attached to the application.
