Your tasks

We are looking for a night receptionist (M/F) for our client IBIS Dardilly.

Your main missions

• The Receptionist handles evening shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
• He/she welcomes guests and facilitates their stay until the moment of their departure.
• The Receptionist conveys the hotel's image through their exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, professionalism, and availability.

Requirements

The role

• The Receptionist welcomes guests upon arrival at the hotel and ensures their journey went well.
• He/she presents the various services offered by the hotel while accompanying guests to their rooms.
• He/she subsequently remains at their disposal to facilitate their stay.
• The Receptionist is also responsible for checking reservations and invoices.
• Upon guest departure, he/she ensures that their stay went well, proceeds with payment and check out.

• You have proven experience as a receptionist or night receptionist in a hotel***
• You speak English fluently, mastery of a third language is a plus***
• You have a sense of hospitality and interpersonal skills***
• You are adaptable and available (mission to be filled as soon as possible)***
• Mastery of FOLS software is an asset
