Sales Representative (M/F)

We are looking for a Sales Representative (M/F) for our client located in the Dunkirk region.

As part of the Agency's sales team, working in connection with field and sedentary sales representatives, you will respond to client inquiries by best studying their service requests and ensuring their qualification, follow-up, relevance, and conversion.

Your main missions will be:

• Prepare import-export quotations based on client requests and logistical constraints
• Draft, send, and update price offers within the deadlines
• Ensure follow-up of offers: reminders, answering questions, updating conditions
• Communicate in English with foreign clients, suppliers, and partners
• Collaborate with operational teams (transport, logistics, commerce) to ensure the reliability of quotations
• Ensure the quality of the client relationship and compliance with commitments made

• Proficiency in written and spoken English for international exchanges
• Knowledge of import-export processes and incoterms
• Quotation skills: preparation, updating, and follow-up of offers
• Ability for commercial follow-up and tracking proposals with clients
• Good interpersonal skills, sense of service, and ease on the phone
• Rigor and organization in processing files and deadlines
