Export Assistant (M/F)

Job Description:

As a Sales Assistant (M/F), you are the interface between customers and internal departments and manage the entire administrative chain for France and export orders.

Your main missions: Interface between customers/internal services (sales, production, logistics, transport).Responding to customer requests and preparing quotes under the responsibility of the sales manager.Order entry and registration, monitoring lead times and backorders.Organizing deliveries, selecting carriers, and managing potential returns.After-sales service: monitoring complaints and disputes.Administrative formalities: account openings and decor creations.Contractual follow-up: signing purchase orders and General Terms and Conditions of Sale.Filing and archiving of files.Export document management: documentary credit, incoterms.Issuing export documents: certificates of origin, EUR1, etc.Carrier quotations and optimization of transport costs.

Profile Description:

You will join the export sales department and play a key role in customer relations and the administrative follow-up of files.

Profile sought: Proficiency in office tools: internet, messaging, word processing, sales management software.Oral ease and good elocution, strong writing skills.Fluent English is imperative, both spoken and written.Two years of experience in a similar position preferred.Interpersonal skills: listening, availability, diplomacy, conflict and dispute management.Adaptability to varied situations and knowledge of products/customers.International trade: practices, customs tariffs, incoterms.
