Slurp Coffee Project is a wholesale roastery and coffee education hub based in Singapore, focusing on Southeast Asian coffee and working closely with farmers and producers across the region. We are expanding into a coffee stand serving coffee and wholesome food, emphasizing genuine hospitality and customer connection.
Your tasks
Join Rare Sip as a full-time or part-time team member to operate the coffee bar, prepare kitchen food, sell retail coffee, maintain cleanliness, and deliver excellent hospitality in a fast-paced coffee stand environment.
- Prepare espresso and filter coffee accurately to support coffee bar operations
- Prepare and serve kitchen food items including bakes, sandwiches, cakes, and salads to meet quality standards
- Sell retail coffee products effectively to customers
- Wash dishes promptly to maintain kitchen efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Engage with customers using strong interpersonal skills to create a positive hospitality experience
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic coffee knowledge to enhance service and product understanding is a plus
- Ability to handle basics kitchen equipment
