Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the supermarket. Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure excellent customer service. Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and product movement. Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and available for customers. Monitor sales, expenses, and daily business activities. Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely restocking. Minimize stock losses, wastage, and discrepancies. Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously. Ensure the supermarket is clean, organized, and properly maintained. Prepare basic operational and sales reports for management. Take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the supermarket.

Requirements:

Previous experience managing a supermarket, retail store, grocery store, or similar business. Strong inventory and stock management skills. Good understanding of retail operations and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be well-spoken, courteous, confident, and charismatic. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Ability to manage staff and coordinate day-to-day operations. Ability to take ownership and manage the business as a whole. Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Candidates should be residents of Ikoyi, Lagos, and its environs.
