Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.

Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure all required materials are prepared.

Follow up on the CEO’s instructions, decisions, and assigned tasks with different departments.

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes, and other executive documents.

Manage incoming communications and prioritize matters requiring the CEO’s attention.

Coordinate with department heads and senior management to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up.

Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with the highest level of discretion.

Organize business trips, meetings, visits, and executive events when required.

Maintain well-organized records and files for the CEO’s office.

Act as a professional point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle urgent and changing priorities efficiently and professionally.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Office Management, or a similar role, preferably supporting a CEO or senior executive.

Excellent command of English and Arabic , both written and spoken.

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations with maturity and discretion.

Presentable, confident, proactive, and highly organized personality.
