Nutrition and Food Lab Assistant

Job Summary You will perform daily kitchen cleaning and food preparation, assist teachers during cookery and theory lessons, and support weekly kitchen maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked learning environment. Responsibilities Clean kitchen areas daily to maintain hygiene and safety standards Prepare food items as directed to support cookery lessons Assist teachers during cookery and Nutrition & Food Science (NFS) theory lessons to facilitate smooth class operations Clean cookers, ovens, sinks, and wipe shelves weekly to ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality Remove unwanted or spoiled food from fridges and organize shelves weekly to maintain food safety Support stock-taking activities to help manage kitchen inventory accurately Perform additional duties assigned by the Reporting Officer or Teacher-In-Charge to support kitchen and lesson needs
