IT Warehouse Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect and verify IT equipment, serial numbers and asset tags. Perform RFID/asset tagging and basic device UAT/quality checks . Pack and prepare IT equipment for deployment, storage or dispatch. Maintain asset records, inventory and UAT documentation. Support stock counts, reconciliation, picking, staging and asset movement. Maintain warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards. Coordinate with Imaging, Extraction and technical teams. Escalate damaged assets, discrepancies and operational issues. Requirements Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, manufacturing or asset handling . Basic computer literacy and ability to work with checklists/inventory systems. Good attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable lifting/moving equipment and standing for extended periods. Preferred: Experience with IT hardware/assets, RFID, barcode scanning, inventory systems or basic device testing.
