HR MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements Manage Human Resource management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, on­boarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports etc) Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes Recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies Requirements: Min 3 years of related working experience in related field is required for this position Diploma / Degree in Management Prefer working experience in Construction field can commence within short period Must be bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel
