Roofer

Rapid Response Maintenance is an exciting fast-paced maintenance company that is expanding quickly & now we require a Qualified Roofing engineer to carry out roofing and guttering works in social housing and tenanted properties. You will be working in the Essex and Suffolk area.

The role involves but is not limited to:

• All aspects of roofing and guttering works
• Ability to carry out minor to major roof repairs.

Knowledge of roofing will be essential, we promote & encourage personal skills development. You will be supplied a company vehicle, specialist tools, mobile phone, and all other items that will allow you to perform roofing to the highest standards.

Required Skills:

• Roofing knowledge is essential.
• The ideal candidate must be organized.
• You will be required to manage your own van stock and materials and therefore will need to work methodically and allow time within your day to order and collect materials/parts.

The position is full-time Monday – Friday, weekends and out of hours will also be available

Salary is based on skill level & knowledge depending on experience

28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
