Production Planner [MNC Manufacturing | $5K | East]

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for assigned customers on orders, delivery schedules, and supply matters
• Monitor customer orders and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide customers with regular updates on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with production, planning, and other internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Identify and resolve supply or delivery issues promptly
• Track supply chain performance and support root cause analysis when issues arise
• Analyse planning and operational data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency

Role Requirements

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, customer service, order management, or related functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
• Good team player with strong coordination skills
• Experience with SAP or MRP systems will be an advantage
