Dishwashing Machine Operator

Your tasks

-Operate industrial dishwashing machines and washing systems according to established procedures. -Load, unload, sort, clean, and sanitise catering equipment, trays, cutlery, utensils, and containers. -Inspect cleaned equipment to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met. -Remove food waste and maintain proper separation of dirty and clean equipment. -Monitor machine performance and report faults, breakdowns, or safety issues. -Follow workplace safety, food hygiene, and sanitation requirements at all times. -Perform routine housekeeping, equipment cleaning, and basic maintenance checks. -Support daily operational targets and ensure clean equipment. -Coordinate with operational teams to maintain smooth workflow and perform other duties as assigned.
