Your tasks

>Supplier selection and qualification

>Responsibility for supplier development

>Conducting product and process audits, accompanying two-day production

>Acceptance of initial samples, monitoring target dates in the product development process

>Responsibility for suppliers of the Commodity Kunststoff and Zerspanung

>Escalation and crisis management

>Implementation of our quality and process requirements at the supplier

>Reporting of key figures and monitoring of improvement programs

Your profile

>Successfully completed studies (Diplom, Bachelor, or Master) in the fields of Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Qualitätsmanagement, Kunststofftechnik, or comparable technician training

>Relevant, several years of professional experience in the Automotive sector, especially in quality and supplier management, alternatively professional experience in the field of Kunststoffspritzgussfertigung and/or Zerspanung

>Mastery of the quality standards IATF16949, ISO 26262, VDA as well as knowledge of quality techniques APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA etc.

>Experience in project management

>Knowledge in functional safety and Design for Six Sigma is an advantage

>Very good English skills in spoken and written form

>Willingness to travel

>Motivation and moderation skills
