Your Tasks

>Responsibility and execution of operative controlling / shop floor controlling; result reporting, production and quality KPIs

>Analysis of deviations, development of recommendations for action and improvement measures in the sense of a business partner mindset

>Responsibility and support of the budgeting process in the operative area regarding capacity, resource, and machine planning

>Collaboration in project controlling within serial production

Your Profile

>Completed studies in the field of BWL or similar (ideally with a focus on cost and performance accounting / Controlling); alternatively: technical studies / training with continuing business administration knowledge from several years of professional experience in the field of Controlling

>Sound knowledge in the production-related environment in the industrial sector

>Independent and self-reliant working style

>Strong business partner understanding

>Commercial as well as goal- and result-oriented thinking and acting

>Reliability, flexibility, as well as teamwork and communication skills

>Good English skills in speaking and writing

>Confident handling of MS Office programs and ERP-Systemen
