Technician / Diagnostician for Control & Drive Technology (m/f/d)
This will be your job
- Systematic error diagnosis and finding solutions for complex control and drive systems (1st & 2nd Level Support)
- Technical support for service technicians worldwide in tricky cases, both remotely and, if necessary, on-site
- Planning and conducting practice-oriented, technical training for customers and colleagues
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and service instructions in the knowledge database

Qualifications
What you bring with you
- Completed technical vocational training as an Automobil-Diagnostiker/in, Automatiker/in, Elektromechaniker/in, Automobil-Mechatroniker/in EFZ or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of practical experience in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechatronic systems, ideally in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or a related industrial sector
- Very good Italian and English skills; German skills are an advantage
- A strong analytical mindset and enjoyment of systematic troubleshooting
- A communicative personality with enjoyment in customer contact and knowledge transfer
