PLANNING TECHNICIAN (M/F)

We are looking on behalf of our client for a Planning Technician (m/f). Proficiency in operational English. You analyze and validate customer forecasts within the set deadlines (identify bottlenecks in terms of capacity and/or supply and alert site supply chain management). You schedule orders in the ERP (or with Subcontractors) and commit to an availability date. You manage and monitor orders, cancellations, and modifications daily (in accordance with the GTC) while respecting the defined response time and with the objective of meeting the date requested by the customer. You monitor production progress and alert in case of proven delays (status updates). You systematically handle alerts (e.g.; POV) (and at least with a weekly frequency) in order to avoid shortages, delays, or overstocks and propose solutions to avoid them. You daily analyze the status of blocked stocks related to your scope and inform the CSRs (status updates). You manage and monitor commercial priorities and customer launches in collaboration with project teams.
