Accounting Manager (M/F)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Fluent English-speaking Sole Accountant (M/F). Within the group, you will be in charge of administration, treasury, accounting, human resources, and the group's financial operations; we are looking for an accounting manager. Under the direction of the Administrative and Financial Director, your tasks will be: Accounting management of the group's companies (operating and other companies) Preparation of annual accounts (closing entries, inter-company re-invoicing) and tax returns Preparation and processing of payroll for the entire group Tax and social security declarations (TVA, TVTS, Formation Continue, Taxe d'apprentissage.) Entry of accounting entries and integration of bank statements / performance of bank reconciliations Integration of bank statements / performance of bank reconciliations Control of expense reports (completeness of supporting documents, validation of accounting interface) Preparation of payroll for the various entities of the group Monitoring of accounts receivable (reminders, direct debits) Monitoring of actual monthly turnover Vs forecast Payment of suppliers General services and various other administrative tasks
