A recognized specialist in plastic transformation, our client designs and manufactures technical injected parts for demanding industrial sectors, primarily the automotive industry. Located in Marne, this human-sized company (200 employees) relies on cutting-edge equipment to support its clients in their innovation projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Industrialization Projects Manager, you ensure the development and manufacturing setup of new injected parts, from the feasibility study to the receipt of tooling in the factory.

Working closely with internal teams, clients, and mold makers, who recognize you as the injection expert, you guarantee the techno-economic success, quality, and deadline compliance of each project.

Your main missions:

• Participate in the design of injected parts, perform feasibility studies for molds, write specifications, and propose innovative technical solutions.
• Perform full costing of parts and molds, launch calls for tender with suppliers, and audit the panel of mold makers in France and abroad.
• Manage the manufacturing and planning of molds, orchestrate prototype trials, perform fine-tuning, and launch trial series.
• Deploy necessary quality tools (AMDEC, capabilities), analyze test data, ensure compliance with safety standards, and formalize project progress tracking.
• Evaluate the processability of new materials, conduct monitoring of injection technologies, and proactively propose ways to optimize our processes.

YOUR PROFILE:

Holding a degree in plastics engineering, you have at least 5 years of experience in a technical injection position. You master the injection process, blueprint reading, quality tools (AMDEC), as well as project management.

Proficiency in English is essential to follow projects with international partners and report during video meetings.

Autonomous, rigorous, and reactive, you possess interpersonal skills that allow you to lead meetings and communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors.
