Category B Driver - Port Zeebruge

Your tasks

As a Yard Driver / operator, you and your colleagues ensure that port terminal logistics run smoothly and without interruptions.

• Shunting: Safely and efficiently maneuvering and moving vehicles from point A to point B across the yard / terminal grounds.
• Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Carrying out final quality checks before vehicles are dispatched to clients.
• Damage inspection: Checking incoming vehicles at the terminal for any existing damage.
• Periodic maintenance checks: Performing checks such as battery health checks and engine runs.

Requirements

VG 458/BUOSAP

• driver's license: You have held a valid Category B driver's license for at least 2 years.
• language skills: Very good command (speaking and understanding) of either Dutch or English.
• work ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to working with precision and care.
• availability: Available full-time to work in a 2-shift rotation (06:30 - 14:15 / 14:30 - 22:15).
