Logistics and Supply Chain Support Assistant (M/F)

Job Description:

Your main missions will notably consist of SUPPLY PLANNING SUPPORT: you will support planning in the review of orders for packaging, labels, cones, and lids in connection with framework agreements and the delivery schedule. You will analyze material requirements (MRP) to generate delivery calls for the product families assigned to you, and create and maintain the corresponding open purchase orders. Possessing ease in demand analysis, you will quickly evaluate supply continuity and implement corrective actions when necessary DELIVERY MONITORING AND ARTICLE DATA MANAGEMENT: you will provide support for the creation of new article codes for all site packaging and for the maintenance of associated master data. You will ensure the monitoring of supplier confirmations and the control of deliveries (dates, quantities) to guarantee compliance with agreed commitments. You will investigate, manage, and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers, in connection with the Purchasing and Finance teams ADMINISTRATIVE AND RELATIONAL SUPPORT FOR THE SUPPLY CHAIN DEPARTMENT: you will assist the Supply Chain department in its various administrative missions. You will ensure effective communication with the Purchasing, Planning, and Finance teams, as well as with suppliers. Possessing a collaborative and customer-service oriented mindset, you will coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure compliance with commitments, with a good level of professional English allowing for exchange with suppliers and international teams.

Position to be filled starting from March 01, 2027, for a duration of 3 months.

Profile Description:

You have similar experience in administrative support for a logistics/supply chain department, in supply planning within the agri-food sector, and you benefit from an advanced Excel level.

Rigor, organization, good team communication, strong attention to detail, an analytical mind, and the ability to take initiative will be assets for the success of the various missions entrusted to you.
