Commercial Performance Analyst (M/F)

Your tasks

Within our Commercial team and reporting to the Market Manager, you will support the Trade Managers in commercial steering and animation in order to achieve the objectives set by the lines. You will play a key role in optimizing commercial performance and applying our pricing and operational policy across different markets.

On a daily basis, you will maintain performance tracking tools in close coordination with the lines, commercial teams, and customer service. You will compile and analyze all commercial data and implement corrective actions with the commercial teams in the event of discrepancies.

You will update and distribute weekly and monthly dashboards (qualitative and quantitative summaries) of the Agencies' commercial activity.

You will prepare internal reports and contribute to the preparation of internal or external meetings and presentations.

Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Licence to Master in International Trade or Transport / Logistics).
• You have at least 6 months of experience in a commercial or marketing role, ideally acquired in the maritime sector.
• Fluent command of English.
• Excellent mastery of office tools and an interest in data extraction IT tools.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, Rigor, organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pronounced sense of teamwork to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
