Logistics Director/Manager (M/F)

As a true conductor of flows, you will pilot the global end-to-end logistics strategy to guarantee irreproachable customer satisfaction. Thanks to your high-level perspective, you will restructure the activity and lead your team toward operational excellence.

Your main missions:

• Management of a team of 10 collaborators
• Coordinate the procurement strategy, optimize physical flows related to manufacturing, and supervise production scheduling.
• Analyze order processing with the SAV in order to secure final deliveries and supervise discrepancies
• Monitor key efficiency indicators, lead performance reviews, and deploy Lean culture to streamline the global chain

A Master's degree (Bac+5) would be appreciated, but you are a true Supply Chain professional with solid experience in a demanding industrial environment, regardless of your initial degree if it is compensated by your experience.

Fluency in English is indispensable to succeed in your functions with international clients.

Your natural leadership and your macro vision of flows allow you to anticipate challenges and unite your teams around ambitious objectives. An excellent communicator, you navigate with ease among various stakeholders (internal, suppliers, clients).
