Stop scrolling, you've found it!

As a Social Engineering Project Manager, you are at the heart of our clients' transformation projects, acting as both an expert and a strategist.

Your main mission is to advise our clients on the various options available to them during their restructuring, regarding organizational choices and feasibility, as well as legal vehicles and social dialogue.

Our firm notably promotes the use of GEPP to evolve organizations within its clients' framework through high-quality social dialogue. You will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives at the heart of the strategy and adaptations of major French and foreign accounts in France. If terms like GEPP, RCC, PSE with or without PDV and others are a second language to you, you are probably the one we are looking for!

Your role involves the rigorous production of deliverables related to transformations in compliance with social procedures, with responsibility for projects in terms of progress, communication with client teams and firm interlocutors, and budget compliance. You play a key role in the firm's performance by developing a relationship of trust with clients ahead of their restructurings, articulated with the interventions of career transition teams.

The job expectations include:

  • Advising clients on the various options available to them to evolve their organization
  • Project management in PMO mode at the client site: meta-planning, monitoring of actions and workstreams, management of internal and external stakeholders, monitoring of project documents,...
  • Production of project-related deliverables: agreements, L1, L2, L4, in coordination with the firm's expertise areas
  • Training client employees, managers, or staff representatives on the legal context of restructurings
  • Carrying out skill mapping and projecting skill evolutions, for example within the framework of job observatories
  • Defining a target organization, defining professional categories, and translating the impact of a new organization on these categories

Does this tempt you?

To make your life easier, we offer you…

  • supervision by a firm director specialized in social engineering who oversees your missions and your evolution in expertise and career.
  • a personalized 6-month integration period,
  • an attractive package with a fixed and variable salary,
  • a work-life balance with 10 RTT days and 3 days of teleworking per week, upon validation of your probation period,

and many other benefits…

Choosing Randstad Risesmart means ensuring you join a company where you can flourish, evolve, and work in optimal conditions. Position based at the Risesmart headquarters in Saint-Denis or in one of the Risesmart offices in France, teleworking possible according to the agreement in force in the company following the integration period. The right profile? It might be yours! In a few words: you have a bachelor's or master's degree in social law preferably, in law, or a degree from a business school or IEP. You have one or more experiences of 5 years or more in a law firm, an organizational consulting firm, or an HR consulting firm. That's a good start! Do you speak English fluently? It is necessary. But that's not all! What matters most to us is your leadership, your ability to guide your client toward the success of their project, your desire to satisfy your clients, and your ability to deliver or coordinate the documents necessary for the life of the project and the client's restructuring project. We are also very sensitive to cooperation within our team and to collective success! Because that is what drives and boosts us every day.

And what's next? After the first interview with the Internal recruitment officer, your future manager will take over to meet you and inform you of the recruitment progress.

And of course (it seems so obvious to us that we almost forgot to write it!) this position is open to people with disabilities.

Our difference… will be YOU!
