Payroll Manager (M/F)
About the company
As part of a temporary replacement coupled with a strategic challenge to transform our HR processes, we are looking for a Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager (M/F) for a transition mission combining operational management, supervision, and project management, on behalf of an industrial site specializing in the manufacture of medical devices located in Meyzieu.
Your tasks
Reporting directly to the HRD, you will take charge of the global management of payroll and personnel administration for a scope of approximately 700 employees spread across two legal entities (an industrial entity of 540 employees including shift patterns and a commercial entity of 160 employees), with distinct regulations. Beyond supervising the current payroll cycle and managing the team, you will be the driver of a priority project to simplify and harmonize payroll regulations.
- Project and regulation harmonization component: lead and structure the project to harmonize and simplify payroll regulations across the two entities. Analyze company agreements, the specificities of shift patterns (industry) and commercial populations to rationalize existing rules. Optimize settings and the articulation between Time and Activity Management (GTA) and the payroll engine (Décidium / ADP) in order to increase the reliability and fluidity of flows. Propose continuous improvement solutions to simplify management processes and applications.
- Payroll supervision and personnel administration: be the guarantor of the reliability and compliance of all payroll processes and social declarations (DSN, charges, etc.). Supervise the administrative cycle of contracts (from hiring to termination) in connection with the HR teams. Ensure legal and collective agreement compliance as well as the proper maintenance of mandatory registers. Administer group tools (Workday...) and guarantee data quality.
- Management and internal consulting: lead, unite, and develop the skills of the payroll team composed of 3 managers (definition of priorities, work organization, technical support). Act as an expert and advisor to Sector HR Managers and operational managers on social legislation and HR administration issues. Produce key indicators, HR dashboards, and perform financial impact simulations necessary for decision-making.

Knowledge of the Décidium (ADP GSI) solution and complex regulatory environments constitutes a decisive asset for leading the harmonization project.
