LOCAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - BILINGUAL ENGLISH (M/F)

On behalf of our client, a service company, we are looking for a Local Support Technician - bilingual English (M/F).

As a Local Support Technician - bilingual English, your tasks will be:

• Diagnosis and resolution of hardware (workstations, peripherals) and software incidents, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintenance and management of the IT fleet: Preparation, mastering, and deployment of new equipment; stock management.

Technical environments:

• Mastery of machine environments => MAC / Windows 10 / Windows 11
• Mastery of mobile telephony environments => Apple (650) / Android (150)
• Mastery of environments => Office365/Onedrive/Sharepoint/Teams/Outlook/etc .
• Mastery of remote desktop tools => Logmein/Teams
• Knowledge of administration Platforms => Jamf, Azure, AD
• Knowledge of the printer-related environment => CANON brand / UNIFLOW administration platform
• Knowledge of the meeting room-related environment => Yealink System
• Ability to communicate in English with our users => C1 Level
• Ability to write procedures => CONFLUENCE documentation base

This position, based in ANNECY, is available for a task with a duration of 3 months.

The gross annual remuneration is €27,000 to be negotiated according to your experience.
