Mechanical Prototyping Technician (M/F)

Job Description:

As a Project Technician, you coordinate prototype production and validation testing to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards.

You prepare and document the technical information necessary for the various departments involved in the project.

You launch prototype production while taking into account customer requirements and internal validations (qualification and performance tests).

You organize and monitor component validation tests with the laboratory (planning, problem-solving, and management of parts after testing).

You coordinate the manufacturing of components, molds, and test setups according to customer and internal needs.

You write prototype delivery reports in compliance with customer formats.

You provide technical support to the Application Engineer and the Prototyping Manager regarding part analysis and test results.

You participate in the continuous improvement of prototyping and validation processes.

This position, a permanent contract (CDI), is located near NANTES (44). The salary is to be determined based on your training and experience.

Profile Description:

With a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+4 in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar technical field, you have proven experience in an equivalent position.

You have a good level of English (spoken and written); fluent mastery is an asset for regular exchanges with international counterparts (notably in Germany).

Knowledge of SAP or another ERP is a plus.

You are proficient in the office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

You have organizational and multitasking skills: capable of managing several projects simultaneously, with a good sense of priorities.

You are a good communicator and have the ability to work effectively with different departments and to solve technical problems.
