Methods-Industrialization Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

The objective of this position is to drive and ensure the execution of the development plan. It is a role that ultimately focuses on managing the resources implemented and the various processes for the proper functioning of the project.

Managed by the Methods Manager, the Methods Coordinator's main mission is to define, drive, and ensure the execution of development activities and the refinement of processes and production instructions for the projects entrusted to them. They evaluate the performance of the industrialization process according to the defined objectives.

You will manage the industrial production plan, perform the analysis and study of the target industrialization, and finally drive the performance of industrialization and production startup by ensuring the transfer to the production departments.

Profile Description:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have at least 3 years of experience within an industrial environment (production). We would also like a person with a strong interest in new technologies (connected tools, artificial intelligence). You are recognized for your listening, analysis, and synthesis skills.

English is necessary.

The company is not closed to candidates with a Bac+2/+3 level with significant experience.

Fixed salary + fixed bonuses (and not a variable component) of approximately 1 month's salary + 4.5-day work week.
