For our customer, a company of the thyssenkrupp Group in Bremen, we are currently looking for a Project Planning Manager (m/f/d).

  • Responsibility for project planning: You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of project schedules, tracking project progress, and supporting the creation of project reports/analyses for relevant projects.
  • Analysis of project progress: You conduct regular schedule and progress meetings with the project team, determine project progress, identify critical activities, and verify planned dates.
  • Ensuring integrated project planning: You act as the interface to project controlling in terms of scheduling and ensure the harmonization of relevant milestones.
  • Transparency and informed decision-making: You create reports for the project management department, actively participate in project documentation, and take part in relevant scheduling meetings.
  • Continuous improvement: You actively participate in the implementation and continuous development of processes, methods, and tools within the framework of project management.
  • Organizational talent and team player: You plan and coordinate appointments and events related to your activities and are responsible for the corresponding preparation and follow-up.
  • You can demonstrate a successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable courses of study.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the processing of complex offers and contracts.
  • You have knowledge in the project scheduling of system development projects and can demonstrate relevant professional experience in the Project Management Office.
  • Confident use of project planning tools, such as MS Project, is required.
  • Reliability, independence, as well as a confident and audience-appropriate demeanor are a matter of course for you.
  • You possess high analytical and conceptual skills as well as a sustainable result orientation.
  • You are characterized by extraordinary commitment, diligence, assertiveness, and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams.
