About the company
On behalf of our client, a company manufacturing and distributing high-end kitchenware for both private and professional customers, we are looking for an experienced Sales Administration Manager, fluent in English (M/F), on contract.
Your tasks
Reporting to the management of the Paris office, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and the guarantor of the smooth running of the logistics and administrative chain.
Your responsibilities will revolve around the following tasks:
- Customer Relations & Sales Follow-up: Manage all communications with customers regarding order tracking, shipping deadlines, and the processing of their general inquiries.
- Order Management (SAP): Take charge of the integration and processing of purchase orders, validate pricing conditions, and issue acknowledgments of receipt via the SAP ERP.
- Import/Export Logistics: Coordinate and track the documents required for import/export operations. Ensure stock level monitoring in interface with factory purchasing.
- Invoicing and Transport: Act as the liaison with our transport providers. Issue customer invoices, draft packing lists, as well as all necessary accompanying documents.
