IoT Home Automation Technical Project Engineer (M/F)

About the company

As part of strong development - including the implementation of our offers with a leader in shopping centers (170 sites) and a premium commercial real estate giant in Paris, we are recruiting a Smart Building Project Engineer.

Your tasks

Client Steering and Deployment

• On-site technical audit and needs analysis
• Design of BMS/IoT architectures and configuration of automation equipment
• Supervision of internal installers and local service providers
• Acceptance testing of installations (compliance with specifications, validation of commands, reliability of data flows)
• Interface and management of the client relationship.

Continuous Improvement

• Collaboration with the deployment management (standardization of technical choices, optimization of procedures, anomaly diagnosis)

Operational Support

• Occasional support to field teams and technical support (monitoring of remote measurement, management of hardware logistics).

Requirements

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in a scientific or technical field complemented by 2 to 4 years of experience, you master building operations (HVAC, DHW) and BMS (controllers, metering) to meet the challenges of the energy transition. Passionate about smart building, you demonstrate curiosity and have operational English to intervene on international topics; proficiency in Distech Controls constitutes an asset.
