We are recruiting for our client, a growing, innovative industrial SME recognized in its field, its future Facilities Manager (M/F). You will hold a central role as an operational facilitator to support all the site's teams.
At the heart of the company's smooth operation, your missions are structured around several major pillars: Operational Purchasing and Procurement:
- Manage the complete purchase order cycle (office supplies, workshop consumables, service provisions).
- Verify purchase orders, monitor delivery times, control the compliance of receipts, and validate supplier invoices.
- Manage current stocks and anticipate replenishment to avoid any business interruption.
Facilities and Provider Coordination:
- Ensure the management and monitoring of premises maintenance (cleaning, maintenance of outdoor spaces, periodic safety checks).
- Organize professional travel for employees (train, hotel, and flight reservations).
- Coordinate the logistics of internal and external events (seminars, management meetings, trade fairs, preparation of stands and comparative quotes).
Logistics & Administrative Support (operational back-up):
- Process and dispatch mail, manage postage, and urgent deliveries.
- Intervene occasionally in support of logistics: preparation/dispatch of orders in compliance with quality standards, printing of labels and instructions for use, customs and carrier monitoring.
Profile sought:
- Holder of a Bac+2/3 (SME Management, Logistics, Executive Assistant, General Services), you have proven experience in an industrial environment or a demanding SME.
- Solid mastery of Excel (monitoring, dashboards, formulas) and ability to work on ERP.
- Good written command of English (emails to international suppliers/carriers) and ability to communicate occasionally orally.
- You know how to anticipate needs, arbitrate priorities, and find practical solutions without waiting for instructions.
- You know how to rigorously follow purchase orders and compliance procedures.
- You like to do everything, being both in the field and behind the screen, and establishing a relationship of trust with all interlocutors.
