Profile Description: You have at least three years of HR experience, combining operational expertise, industrial culture, and mastery of digital tools You hold a Bac+5 or Master's degree in human resources and are familiar with training organizations You conduct varied recruitments, from industrial and technical profiles to support functions You master time management, variable payroll elements, and HR administrative monitoring You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, a sense of priorities, and ease with artificial intelligence tools You have a good level of English
