Administrative & Financial Service Assistant, LYON 4, CDD (M/F)
Randstad Professional Lyon is looking for an Administrative & Financial Service Assistant (M/F) to join the French subsidiary of a growing international group. You will join a human-sized structure that prioritizes kindness and mutual support. Within the finance department and in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, you will hold a key and versatile position aimed at structuring the administrative, HR, and accounting assistance of the site.
Job Description Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, you will work in synergy with a dynamic accounting team. You will manage administrative and logistical management as well as local financial monitoring.
Your main missions: IT Management, Onboarding & General Services: Ordering, monitoring, and configuring workstations (PCs, phones), IT licenses, and monitoring the vehicle fleet. Monitoring site access (badge reader), parking, and relations with representative bodies (security, DUERP revision, procedures). Physical reception (delivery drivers) and overflow telephone reception, management of supplies.
Accounting & HR Assistance: Monitoring third-party accounting: chasing unpaid invoices, checking supplier invoices against BL, verifying customer invoices, remittances, and credit notes. Validation of expense reports via the SIRH tool. Monitoring personnel administration and updating internal documentation.
Logistics, Events & Regulatory: Organization of business travel and logistical management of internal events (sales seminars, meal boxes, breaks). Handling the logistics of inviting external speakers.
Your working conditions and benefits: Remuneration: €3,000 gross / month (35h base). Flexibility: Position open to full-time or part-time (80% to 90%). Variable hours (fixed slots 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM) guaranteeing a good work/life balance. Teleworking: 1 day / week (accessible after 6 months). Your assets for success: Experience & Degree: Higher education in administrative management, accounting, or Executive Assistance (BTS SAM, GPME or equivalent), with successful experience in a similar versatile position.
Languages: Professional English (minimum B1 level) indispensable (exchanges with the international headquarters and IT support).
Tools: Mastery of Pack Office, Google suite, and an appetite for using ERP and SIRH tools.
Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, adaptability, and team spirit.
