- Sole point of contact for customers regarding material support orders and their reliable order fulfillment
- Obtaining prices as well as independent creation and forwarding of offers and price lists to customers
- Complete order management for spare parts, repair services, and in-service support
- Continuous follow-up and risk mitigation within the framework of the procurement process for spare parts and repairs until handover to customer management
- Professional processing of customer inquiries, material returns, and handling of warranty claims
- Successfully completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least a Master's or Diploma degree) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in the areas of scheduling and material procurement, customer service, as well as Supply Chain and Logistics
- Detailed specialized knowledge in handling SAP and MS-Office
- Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing; German skills are an advantage
- Strong logistical understanding, high customer orientation, strong communication skills, and a strong team spirit

Framework data for the position
- Weekly hours: Full-time (35 hours/week / 152.25 hours/month)
- Salary range: approx. €68,000 – €85,000 gross/year (Classification EG 11 ERA Niedersachsen / BAP E7 with Equal Pay according to Airbus standard)
