  • Improvement of the end-to-end operational performance of Customer Service processes (incl. A220)
  • Definition and provision of an auditable concept with a focus on timeliness (On Time) and quality (On Quality)
  • Definition and introduction of operational process monitoring in Customer Service (process compliance, Go-Look-See)
  • Analysis of data and definition of Workflow Control Boards across customer service processes as well as programming/development in Python, PySpark, SQL, SLATE, AppSheets and Google Looker Studio
  • Carrying out data analyses to support compliance, performance enhancement, and decision-making processes based on quantifications and clear facts
  • Promotion of Best Practices through cross-benchmarking, open communication, and close coordination with key stakeholders within the customer service and support areas
  • Successfully completed studies (at least Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience (at least 3–4 years) in the areas of IT/Information Systems, Project Management, Process Improvement, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance
  • Detailed specialized knowledge in Python and SQL as well as in-depth application knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of Lean Management, Project Management, and Total Quality Management (problem-solving methods); knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI), Business Process Modelling (BPM), PySpark, SLATE, AppSheets, and Skywise are an advantage
  • Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing; German and French skills are an advantage
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented way of working, strong analytical skills, persuasiveness, as well as willingness to travel (approx. 1–2 times per month within Europe)
