• Project and program planning as well as stakeholder harmonization for the H145 program, including the creation of robust project plans in the Unified Planning Tool
• Implementation and maintenance of the Earned Value Management (EVM) process in close cooperation with financial controllers and PMO teams
• Visualization, interpretation, and presentation of planning, EVM, and performance KPIs to program management, as well as the creation of regular progress and risk reports
• Management of secure and export-compliant document exchange with external partners, including the provision of user support and coaching
• Functional tool administration, troubleshooting at interfaces (e.g., UP-SAP), as well as conducting schedule risk analyses
• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration (BWL), (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Project Management, or a comparable field
• Demonstrable professional experience (at least 2 years) in project work, manufacturing/production, and IT/information systems
• Sound knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and GSuite; experience with scheduling tools (especially Unified Planning / Planisware) as well as EVM principles is a great advantage
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing; German skills are an advantage
• Strong coordination skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a structured and independent way of working

• Salary range (gross annual salary): approx. €52,000 – €68,000 (depending on qualification and experience, including industry allowances according to IG Metall standard)
• Weekly hours: 35 hours/week (full-time)
