• Definition of subsystem requirements as well as the continuous monitoring of their technical implementation
• Control and management of suppliers, including the verification of the requirement conformity of the offered solutions
• Participation in cross-departmental system activities in the areas of safety, certification, and RAMT
• Harmonization of system requirements and design with interface architects, specialist departments, and partner companies
• Creation and maintenance of overall equipment lists (Equipment Lists) as well as support for integration and verification activities (IV)
• Continuous coordination with the customer to specify and refine operational expectations and requirement profiles

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, aerospace engineering (Master / Diploma) or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering, in the aerospace industry, in IT systems, as well as in project management
• Sound knowledge of systems engineering standards (e.g., ARP 4754a, INCOSE) as well as in system and software development in the aviation sector
• Demonstrable practical knowledge in using DOORS and Cameo; experience with Simulink, SCADE, or ICDMS is an advantage
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing as well as an understanding of workflows in a military environment
• Strong ability to prepare complex matters and to collaborate in international teams

• Working hours: Full-time (35 hours / week; 152.25 hours / month)
• Salary range: approx. €72,000 – €88,000 gross annual salary (based on the ERA classification EG 11 Bavaria / BAP E8 including industry-specific supplements)
