Airbus - Customer order manager (d/f/m) (Customer-Experience-Manager/in)

Located in Hamburg-Finkenwerder (ZIP 21129 Hamburg) is one of the world's most significant development, manufacturing, and assembly complexes for civil transport aircraft. Additionally, highly specialized specialist teams at this location manage global spare parts and repair management (Repair, Lease & Exchange Order Management) for airlines and MRO operators worldwide via the subsidiary Satair.
As a long-standing partner of the aerospace industry, Randstad enables committed candidates to enter one of Germany's most fascinating sectors. We are currently filling the position of Customer Order Manager for our client in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
- Central contact person for the processing of repair, lease, and exchange orders (Repair, Lease & Exchange Services) of Airbus components for worldwide customers and repair stations
- Management and tracking of customer orders under continuous monitoring of the contractually agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) of suppliers and repair shops
- Direct support of international customers (airlines as well as Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Organizations) regarding commercial issues, process status updates, and AOG cases (Aircraft On Ground)
- Analysis of customer-specific problems and complaints, as well as coordination of sustainable delivery solutions with internal interfaces (Airbus & Satair) and external partners along the entire supply chain (end-to-end process)
- Creation of performance reports (e.g., Shop Processing Time, Turn-Around-Time, Action Tracker) as well as participation in projects for continuous process improvement
- Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, economics, or a technical degree (at least a Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience (at least 2 to 3 years) in the areas of Customer Service, material procurement/disposition, supplier management, or process improvement
- In-depth application and practical knowledge in SAP as well as confident handling of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing (application documents and interviews will be conducted in English); knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation, high resilience, intercultural understanding, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills

Framework data for the position
- Working hours: Full-time (35 h / week or 152.25 h / month)
- Salary range (gross annual salary): approx. €70,000 – €92,000 (based on the target grouping EG10H according to Airbus / IG Metall standard, depending on qualification and professional experience)
