• Identification and support of relevant stakeholders for the department's transformation and project activities
• Execution of change impact analyses as well as development of change stories as a foundation for change and communication planning
• Conception, management, and implementation of the change and communication plan to promote successful acceptance and stakeholder involvement
• Ensuring clear governance structures, effective stakeholder and resistance management, as well as sustainable change adoption
• Advising Stream Leaders, core project teams, and the Satair Leadership Team on the effective implementation of change objectives
• Professional advice on projects outside the core portfolio with a focus on stakeholder management, structured communication, and change methods
• Successfully completed studies in communication science, psychology, business administration, or a comparable qualification (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years in Change Management as well as at least 2 years in Public Relations or communication management)
• Sound knowledge in project management and Lean Management as well as proficient handling of MS PowerPoint and Google Workspace
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing (application documents and interviews are conducted in English); knowledge of German or French is an advantage
• Strong empathy, strong customer and service orientation, independent and goal-oriented way of working, as well as willingness for occasional business trips (1–8 times per year worldwide)

• Working hours: Full-time (35 h / week or 152.25 h / month)
• Salary range (gross annual salary): approx. €77,000 – €101,000 (based on the target grouping EG11H according to the IG Metall collective agreement / Airbus standard, depending on qualification and professional experience)
